My stay at Hillock, Ahmedabad, was truly a delightful experience. The spacious rooms provided a sense of comfort and relaxation that exceeded expectations. The well-designed architecture of the hotel added a touch of sophistication to the overall ambiance.

The rooms were generously sized, offering ample space to unwind and move around freely. Nestled in the vibrant city of Ahmedabad, Trevi at The Hillock beckons discerning diners to embark on a journey of Italian opulence and culinary mastery. Recently, I had the pleasure of immersing myself in an evening of fine dining at this luxurious establishment, where every detail, from the décor to the cuisine, surpassed expectations.

As I stepped into Trevi, I was immediately captivated by the grandeur of its Italian-inspired décor. The interior exudes sophistication, with elegant marble floors, intricately carved wooden furnishings, and ornate chandeliers casting a warm glow over the space. This hotel honestly makes you feel like you’re no longer in India, the sheer grandeur of the restaurant & attention to detail given in the smallest of areas really shows. They really deserve a 5 star rating for clearly leaving no stone unturned to go with the theme of the property.

The rooms were spacious with very high ceilings to add to the opulence. They’ve got a restaurant in the ground floor that’s themed around the Trevi fountain in Italy. There are grand chandeliers all around the property & even inside the rooms.

They’ve got 3 banquet halls which seem to be very popular here which were all booked throughout my 2 nights stay at the property. The owner is very actively involved in the operations which is a key reason for the standards being so highly maintained. Out of a lot of hotels that I’ve stayed in India, this is definitely one among the top stays I’ve experienced in it’s price category.

In terms of feedback on what they can improve on, the breakfast quality is something that could be worked upon. And when there are loud events in the ground floor & they play loud music, the sound does travel up to the other rooms, so they should have stricter rules regarding the decibel limits permissible here. The pool & gym are still under construction, but I’m sure will be great once it’s ready.
