Jumbo Rat spotted. We were there on 11thapr25 at around 12 o'clock in the night(so that owner can check in the camera). A jumbo sized rat came next to our sofa. We left our sandwich a ran downstairs. I told the waiter what happened & he was not at all shocked. He said where is it, let me go check it out. I said its a rat, its not going to sit at one place. He replied 'rat doesn't sit at one place?' Then he asked 'did you finish your sandwich?' We said 'no, now we don't want to' they he immediately gave us the bill without any hesitation. It was just 2 coffees & 1 sandwich. Then i saw, there were 3 doors in the cafe, which dis not have 2 door openings, also they all were open. Ofcourse the rats were going to come. Then the shock part was the kitchen. Behind the cash counter there is a big glass which parts the kitchen and the cash counter area. That glass had a big opening so that they can given food directly from there to the waiters. And ofcourse the rats could come and go in and out of the kitchen. Imagine rats are running on the pan and all other food items in the kitchen. I understand sometimes things are bot under control even if you try. But the problem was the staff was not at all shocked, they took it very normally. Another problems was all the open doors including the kitchen. Not having a problem about rat coming and roaming in the cafe and inside the kitchen is a...

Read moreHorrible experience... and it wasn't even crowded. What should I even start with, we got seated and ordered within 10 mins, a simple frappe and french fries took them about 35-40mins. When we asked about whipped cream, they said they're out of stock,it was too sweet and was barely a cold coffee not even a frappe. Ordered pesto and parmesan fries thinking it would be fresh and crisp. All we got was a soggy oily mess with barely any cheese. We waited for our main course which was simple toasties and a pizza. After waiting for 40 minutes more, we asked the waiter whether our order was even remotely close to being ready. They could not come up with any explanation. We asked for the bill and left. Super disappointing experience, also the whole place fills up with smoke so they have bad ventilation as well. Paid almost 500 per person for a coffee and half a plate of fries per person, what on earth led them to this pricing. Also note, there is NO signage outside that says that the building is "the Barnyard co" so if you're there after dark. You're on a completely dark route and second guessing the entrance to the place. Just go to McDonald's next door and have a...
