My recent stay at Taj Vivanta Ahmedabad was truly a delightful experience. The hotel carries the elegance and charm associated with the Taj brand, and many aspects of the stay reflected that beautifully. The restaurant team was absolutely exceptional – warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The chef deserves special appreciation for the delicious and well-prepared food that added great value to our stay.

One of the standout highlights was the valet team – they were among the best I've experienced. They handled premium vehicles with ease, care, and professionalism, reflecting their training and dedication. It’s always reassuring to see such responsibility being taken with guest belongings, especially luxury vehicles.

A special mention also goes out to the security and welcome staff, who were truly impressive. That said, a few areas still have room for improvement. The breakfast menu, though tasty, could use more variety. For instance, only three fruits were rotated daily and the non-veg section had a very limited offering – mainly chicken sausages, bacon, and boiled eggs. Adding more variety, especially additional chicken items, and rotating the options would greatly enhance the experience. Also, normal tea should be served by default, with masala tea as an optional choice, to suit the preferences of all guests.

Another aspect worth noting is the Front Office team, who unfortunately seemed a bit overburdened and not very approachable. A more friendly and relaxed attitude would go a long way in improving the first impression of the hotel, especially considering the high standards associated with the Taj Vivanta brand.

In conclusion, while a few upgrades in service and menu would elevate the experience further, my overall stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.
