Krishnam Guest House — Hotel in Gwalior

Recently been to this guest house, asked for 2 rooms @ 1200 and @ 1500 for a triple room. When reached the guest house, the reception is in the parking area, where they have a table and the guy sitting there is stinking as is all day sitting in the hot. They do have a triple room, but wanted to pay us extra for that room, if not will give us a double room with an extra bed...strange philosophy. The room I stayed, the bathroom was not clean and already had the soaps, cigarettes from the last client. I asked them to clean, but no response. Bed-Sheets are dirty and AC has a noise which don't let you sleep. Rats in the rooms...is the last thing you expect in life. Horrible place, when I complained, owner is rude like hell, he said he didn't cared about reviews, I believe people should not stay in such places. Lets not support such hotels and places, which don't care for reviews. Even is shameless to say that I have stayed there twice, was my first and last visit to his place. I stayed at Krishna Guest House in Gwalior and was very disappointed experience. The hotel was dirty and outdated, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I was given a room on First floor and the room itself was small and cramped, and the furniture was old and worn with and old AC which was not working, The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were stained. The bathroom was even worse. I tried to call the front desk to complain, but the phone didn't work. I ended up having to walk down to the lobby every time to report the problems. I was so disgusted by the hotel that I decided to leave early. I went to the front desk to check out, and the same rude clerk from before was working. They didn't even apologize for the problems I had experienced and also they have only one person in there staff in whole guest house so incase if we have any requirement or issue he is always ready with excuses. 1-I stayed there . Staff of this guest house are very polite and helpful. They know how to talk with guest. Very coorporative. 2-Room was good and cozy. 3-Toilet was clean but sink tab was not working properly yet very clean toilet . 4- service was excellent. 5-Temple is very beautiful ..a spritual environment relaxes your mind. 6-Best location,calm and easy reach. 7- we had Maggie, poha and chai .... All were good in taste . 8- I booked a room and I had to check in early they responded well and made the room ready for me .... 9- They actually respect your concern . 10- with all these a pocket friendly...
