My last review of this hotel titled "Unprofessional staff & poor service" was published on 11th September, 2015. That was my first visit to this hotel after which I decided not to stay hare again. This was last week when I did not get reservation in my other favourite hotel and I had no option but to book two rooms for two nights in Bilberry.||Overall better part was that except one, all other staff was courteous and restaurant had improved a lot. And the worst part is that in this one year, they have further deteriorated their service and quality. To name a few:||1) My visit to attached toilet of the room: The toilet was already used by someone; so dirty that it seamed as the person had not used flush. It was having human waste spots. The seat too was very dirty. As I had to urgently use the toilet, I cleaned it myself.||2) There was no soap in the toilet. I had to borrow one from another room occupied by my friend. later, when they provided the soap, it's so small that one can't use it for bathing. I went to market and purchased for my use.||3) Late night, when I unfolded the blanket, it was having stain marks including blood stains.||4) No hot water available in the bathroom.||5) At bath time, when I rotated the tap knob, it just came out. Thank God, I managed to balance myself and saved from injury.||6) For table clearing from my room, had to call the reception multiple times.||7) Requested for two hours late check-out (when rooms were available), I was told that beyond 15-20 minutes, they will be charging one day extra room rent.||||And the worst part is that I wanted to speak to the owner of the hotel but they refused to give me his contact number. They said that the GM will talk to me but no one contacted me...

I was shock as Mr. Rohit (owner or senior person may be) was also favouring their staff for the same rather to accept their mistakes... I asked to refund my money but he denied and asked me to feed this food to dog at your own cost as we will not refund for this....Such a bad behaviour of owner is not acceptable at all.. .Don't ever experience for Bill Berry Hotel...the service is very slow and food is so so much tasteless so so much tasteless....you can see the pics of burnt bread which was being served to us at their costly prices....I will not prefer and will not refer for this hotel for poor service and tasteless food

   Read moreI wanted to give like 0 star, but giving 1 star because software doesn't allow it. Lemme tell you the reasons. Hotel rooms are pathetic, some have issues in bathroom door, some in power supply. All of our guests have to use rod for boiling water the next morning. Food has no taste. There catering is like the worse, what make it worst is there behavior. They don't give what you ask for and just ignore guests. They don't even pull off stickers from the spoons which let us embarrassed infront of our guests. Food items like rice was rotten and has to be discontinued for serving. Staff is not supportive at all. Neither in hotel nor in catering.
Overall, if you are planning just don't waste your hard earned monry in bilberry. They don't...
