Hotel GM Continental (Best Hotel In Yamuna Nagar)) — Hotel in Haryana

Bad experience with this hotel. I forgot my charging adapter in the room. Same thing updated to the staff next day and asked to check, but they denied. I have shared the location also, but consistently they said sorry. They should have checked their so called installed CCTV, but they didn't. Regarding food and stay, it is pleasent, but if you forget something don't expect you'll get it back. It's not about my charging adapter, it's about if you forget any precious thing which can be usable to other person be aware. Further I'll not recommend this hotel to stay after paying almost 3K if you will get this type...

The ambience is good. Rest everything was just not at all upto the mark.

The Mocktails were pathetic. The starters were just fine but the delay in service made it even worse. And coming to the main course, we had to wait for like 40 Mins and the manager was saying the food is being freshly prepared that’s why it was taking time but the wait was not even worth it. The chicken was over cooked and completely bland. Just seemed like we were having over boiled chicken that too without salt.

We simply had to skip the main course.

Worst ever hotel stay!  I didn’t like anything. This place was so disgusting. Mosquitoes everywhere, horrible customer service, worst experience ever. DO NOT EVER WASTE YOUR Money!... Better go to Hotel Jyoti nearby 100 metres away... They are charging much more than hotel Jyoti.. And services are pathetic... Reception people don't even know how to talk to guests!... One complete night and morning the hotel wasn't having electricity.... No ac working toilets light were off... Pathetic-pathetic-pathetic service!.. Highly NOT...
