Jyoti Hotel and Restaurant — Hotel in Haryana

Jyoti is famous for hosting wonderful weddings and it should continue doing that. It's Restaurant is a chaos after they started membership cards, which is a good marketing strategy, but their waiters should have been prepared well in advance. The place was overcrowded and they were denying the orders which took time just to make room for more people. It was chaos , still giving 2 stars just for the taste of food. Also Had an experience for the first time to pay 10/- extra for a bottle of packaged drinking water. The bill included the tax as well on an overall billing. On being asked about the explanation for the same, no justification was given instead we were mocked and discussed behind our backs. Quite unfair for a costumer to face such an experience after relishing the meal. I have the pics of the bottle with 30/- rs mentioned on it, bill, and menu card which says bottled water including service charges after which the bill had tax as well. Quite...

I visited the jyoti restaurant at new year and we had booking for 8 peoples ,.. and we had taken all the information from the manager through call at morning and they tell per person rate is 1250 for veg and 1500 for non veg it's kind of buffet system and manager said only whiskey have extra charges and all other things are free and included in per person ,,,, when we came at the restaurant there is whole scam that they are 2 types of menu one for buffet and other is other menu in which all the items have extra charges..... So it's kind request to whole people visiting this restaurant pls confirm all the details I really feeled scammed becoz the bill is around 11000 rupees in this restaurant with limited items in buffet menu and uts better to go to...

Jyoti, is actually a marriage palace. Then a building was constructed and restaurant and hotel came. The rooms are not very good. But still ok. The rooms that they offer are not worth their price. Yes that’s correct. The pricing is way too much for such rooms where the amenities and the overall atmosphere of the room is average and below. Food is ok. Not very good. For a small city it can be said that is ok. ||As it is on road side it gets intolerable at times. But that is not a major concern. ||They have absolutely no parking. You just park outside the place on road side. ||If they adjust the prices then it can become a good budget hotel. Their prices...
