Booked 8 premium rooms for a wedding function, but the experience was extremely disappointing. On arrival, we were given deluxe rooms due to AC issues, with a promise to shift us back once resolved — Multiple rooms had problems like water seepage, noisy fans, and blocked washroom drainage.

After 1 night we were finally shifted to premium rooms that too when we have to check the rooms ourself the next day, the issues continued:

No toiletries provided

No receiptionist picking the phone in night

Ac remote was not there in few rooms

Bucket provided No washroom mug or seater

Dustbins were missing

Guests getting calls from staff whether we are continung all rooms or not i spite of booking for 3 days

Fans making noise

Water kettle missing

Very poor water flow in the washbasin

Washbasin was loose and wobbly

Simple precheck which is required in this type of industry is missing.

Location is good. rooms are spacious just lack of above services.

The staff was polite, but the overall amenities and maintenance were far below basic standards. Not at all what you'd expect from a hotel claiming to offer...

There is no water supply in 104 number room when we entered in 11 September 2025

When we complained to receptionist One lady was sitting there with cut mark on her face she replied wait for 5 min at 3:30 pm then she said 10 min , 10 min , again 10 min

Finally after 45 min she said you can leave ( water supply is not in our hand )without refunding our full amount Total 1000 rupees she deducted for her personal expenses

Be careful for that lady who is sitting with a cut mark on her face & acting like innocent She has eaten out 1000 rupees without giving water supply to the room for one hour & then she is forcing to leave hotel without...

The rooms are untidy, bed sheet had also mark & stains but they changed everything immediately & provided all the basic things. Plenty of parking, the location is very good adjacent to the mall. The receptionist doesn’t has basic sense how to talk to the customer we asked the receptionist while doing check in that by 1pm we will do the check out he agreed but @11 am he asked when are u vacating? We informed him by 1 & 11.30 we called to ask for breakfast menu he told your time is about the finish. So rude & pathetic...
