Prateek Resorts — Hotel in Haryana

Such a terrible stay of my life. Rooms shown on Google is a big lie. They show you super deluxe rooms but will give you just an ordinary room. Hotel owner says that the rooms available here are for 1300-1400 rs per night. But make my trip will offer you the room for 2200 rs. Rooms are small with no windows and damp smelling walls. No outside view. No cleanliness. Spider webs on bedsides. Unhygienic washrooms. No wipers. Dirty bucket and mugs. Only 1 towel for 3 people. Had to clean it myself before bath. Most importantly rooms and the gallery (way to rooms) are filled with mosquitoes. When I put mosquito spray in my room, cockroaches came out one by one. I panicked and called hotel staff (only 1 person was there in the name of staff) he said it is normal in hilly areas. They admitted that they have not cleaned it since months. When I asked him to change the bedsheet, he talked to me rudely. I was there in fear the whole night. I couldn't change my room/hotel as it was 11:30 at night and I had paid in advance at the time of booking. Now neither hotel owner nor make my trip is listening to me and both denied refund for my stay.
