Bear Valley Resort — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Guys Say No to this . First it's not a resort at all it's just a hill View pathetic hotel that you found in hill dalhousie. so Just dont go for a view as many hotels situated on top of the Hill Like Mongas and many more Near Gandhi chowk and Khajiar road.||||No sanitation nothing all is go||||When i check in I found my door handle in broken condition also the Locker room slider door also in broken condition its like when it come out and hit me.||||i Complained to reception person for same and they give just a fake accuse as we booked already in 1 month advance still they Provide worst room. ||||for food quality give 2/5 its ok not so bad but not so good as well. In breakfast they will Not Provide you any fresh fruits, Fruit Juice. so be aware of that also while booking hotel. also no mineral water bottle per day as per hotel rules.||||i have booked 2 rooms so next day in second room in the bathroom the dranage Over Flow litterly the bathroom fool of water and dirty smell as well bathroom was so dirty some one's hair in it. may be they not washed before provide to new guest. I Complained about same to reception that in bathroom this issue we have. they said OK sir will solve it. when i come and ask the Person said yes it resolve. but on nest morning same thing. it like swimming pool inside the bathroom area.||||so as you paid in advance booking they will not take you seriously any more. they will just say yes yes ok ok and make you fool. so its like a Scam .||||Advice to hotel Management. Don't make People fool who paid in advance for Priority booking with Providing Bad quality dirty room with Broken stuff and worst cleaning Process. also if some one complaint at least try to help your guest not spoil there holidays. this way you will not go anyway ahead. If you dont have enough resource and capacity to Provide a better quality services at least inform before .||||we don't want someone used ditry not cleaned bad sheet and...

I visited with my friends on our trip to Dalhousie. I must say we had an awesome stay here; the rooms, service, and food were extremely good. The rooms were neat, clean, and spacious enough. The water heating capability is just quick enough in case anyone fearing cold weather and wondering if hot water would be available. The hot water was available in the wash basin as well as the bath taps. The food was very yummy. Last but not least, the service was very quick and satisfactory. We had a late check-in around midnight, but the staff was prompt to help us shift the luggage and place our dinner in the room, we also had to check out early, and we requested them to provide a couple of items that we could eat and proceed, they made the arrangements quickly and helped us. The view from our room was mesmerizing. Overall, a value-for-money stay!!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are average. Good speed of wifi. Food is great with reasonable prices. Do not miss the delicious Gulab jamoon. Great view of the mountain ranges from the balcony if your room is a mountain view. On third day we were asked to shift on the other side where the view is not at all good. So we had great two days stay and one day was very bad experience. Third day we had noise from outside and noise from other guests till late night which was disturbing. They do not provide room heaters. We requested for one but got a normal heater that did not heat the entire room.
