Well I travelled to jibhi solo. And as travelling alone , you wanna make sure for your safety and security of your belongings. Well first time travelling alone was hell of a fun and adventure here. I contacted this hotel and this hotel took good care of me. This hotel is run by Sanju Bhaiya and his family. Their hospitality and maintenance was really good. They made sure that I get to their hotel safely so they booked a cab for me which took around rs600 from Banjar bus stand to jibhi which is approx 10 km. Well I travelled from aut gateway homestay to banjar via bus so it took rs50. Just wanted to save up money😌 otherwise you could take taxi from aut to jibhi directly which will take around 1500or more. So anyways this hotel can be reached with little bit trek down the road. There's stream nearby too. You could call them up and they would come pick you up. You would be astonished with this amazing view and location. Next day it was raining and I wanted to visit chehni kothi but couldn't 🥲 and my check out time was around 10am..but it was still raining. They let me stay till 3 pm..till then rain stopped ...I had lunch ..it was pretty good. They didn't charge extra amount..and food is also in a budget. Some hotels charge you for extra amount of time even it's raining or snowing heavily. Or they would force you out. But I can make sure they were sweet and caring. Mini Thailand and jibhi waterfall is nearby so you don't need to take can and all. Even market too. I loved their hospitality. The price of the room was also reasonable. It was 1500. It's pretty good. Do visit this place. You'll fall in love. I had a great time here. Wish to visit this place once...
Read moreNot a great experience. Booked through Agoda. First of all Agoda has wrong address provided saying its at Rest house road whereas it is in middle of a forest like hamlet in Ghiyagi. This wasted precious time and effort and partly Agoda fault and partly the owner for having wrong address on a booking website. Secondly the rooms and hospitality is fine and OK but reaching here requires a mini trek of 300-400 mts including a climb which the owner does transparently tell . Thirdly, our own experience was spoilt by a group of immature and foolish youngsters who checked in very late and very up till early hours moving about so sleep quality was hampered. Not necessary it will happen every time but just...
Read moreA great homestay within the greater himalayan national park region. This place is a bit far from main road and involves a small but comfortable mountainous trail to reach but the hosts will carry your luggage and walk with you. On the way, you will find picturesque streams and nature accompanying you. The rooms are thoughfully designed and the family/hosts would personally take great care of you. Even if they have to really toil hard to get even small things from the nearest market, they did everything with a smile to make our stay...
