Casalini Estate — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Charming little property hidden away in the Taradevi forest. Getting there is as much an adventure as the place itself! Once there, you are transported to a place where time ceases to exist. There is no sound other than the mountain wind and the chirping of the birds. A good pair of binoculars will allow you to explore Shimla while lounging in the estate gardens.

The food and service is top notch. The rooms have a vintage charm, and the recently renovated bathrooms add a sense of modern comfort to an to an otherwise heritage experience.

Two days went by without us much realising. We will be back soon for a much longer stay.

Casalini Estate is a heritage property with a rich history located very close to Tara Devi temple. Owned by Mr Bir Singh Atwal who is a very humble gentleman and has some interesting stories to share with you. Overall the place is very quiet and comfortable with good staff and a cook who take care of all your needs and make good food too. There a few hiking trails around in the jungle to try if you are a nature buff and like to hike. We had a very relaxing stay n would definitely recommend to all...
