We booked 2 premium rooms online and when we reached the property the so called premium rooms were not even basic rooms then on request one Mr. Chander and Mr. Naveen offered to upgrade those rooms to luxury category for Rs.9000/- for two rooms two days for which we already made a payment if Rs.55,000/- .
The luxury rooms looked great on first sight further in the day and in days to follow some issues arised like the AC wasnt working so we called the room service and this guy tells me we don't have the chiller machine for Air conditioner plant it only blows fresh air like a blower.
Further into the day it surfaced that we had to open the windows to catch a breath of air which resulted on a night full of insects snd flying pests all around the room which made the night a nightmare for me and my family.
Further of you call room service fir anything you have to call them atleast 5 timed before anyone would actually attend to you.
We went to their cafe on first floor you won't belive the menu was a sheet of coloured printout 🙏🏻 almost all items misspelled like platter was spelled Palter, sandwich was written as sandwiche and so on...
Worst experience guys dont book this property. Me and my family fully...
Read moreDuring my recent business trip to Narkanda, Himachal Pradesh, I stayed at a the Greenberry hotel that offered a commanding view of the surrounding mountains and valleys. The property itself was spacious and well-maintained, with ample conference facilities and comfortable rooms — ideal for corporate travelers seeking a peaceful environment to work and unwind.||While the hotel was impressive in scale, I did notice the absence of certain amenities typically expected in business-class accommodations, such as a gymnasium, steam room, or sauna. However, what truly distinguished this hotel was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, which more than made up for these missing features.||Special mention must go to Mr. Naveen Sharma, the hotel manager, whose professionalism and personal attention made the stay seamless. He handled every request with efficiency and a genuine sense of care. His proactive approach and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect the true spirit of Himachali hospitality.||In summary, while the hotel could benefit from a few additional wellness amenities, the warm service and dedication of the management team turned an ordinary business trip into a remarkably comfortable and...
Read moreI visited Hotel Greenberry in Narkanda this April, and honestly, I was quite impressed. The rooms are really spacious, super clean, and the view from the windows is just amazing—you get a full view of the hills and the valley right from your room.
The interiors are tastefully done—simple, modern, but still give you that warm, cozy mountain feel. The lobby and the restaurant area are also nicely designed with big glass windows and comfortable seating, which makes it a perfect place to just relax and enjoy the scenic beauty outside.
The hotel itself is newly built and very well maintained. There's a lovely open area outside, and what really caught my eye was the helipad—it adds a unique touch to the place.
Only a couple of small things: they provide only one key card per room, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're stepping out separately. Also, I felt there should have been some discount on food for in-house guests.
But all in all, it was a great stay—beautiful location, peaceful vibe, and everything felt just right. Would definitely recommend it if you’re...
