Hotel Kullu Valley — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

I stayed at Kullu Valley Hotel during my recent Kullu visit. It was a lovely experience engaging right from online booking till check-out.

Booking experience: I had booked a room with a mountain view online but conscious about the room size as I was travelling with 3 young kids. I spoke with Mr. Sahil and shared my concern. He promptly suggested an upgrade to a twin-room suite.... Surprisingly for the same price.

Checkin: Upon checkin we discovered am lovely suite, with a gorgeous view of the mountains around, refreshing view of Beas River couple of steps from my doorstep, a huge terrace with cool dining arrangement and an impeccable suite better than it seemed in the pics. We all especially loved the interconnected rooms. With the whole terrace to ourselves, had a lot of space for the kids to run around

Services: Room service and Other Manager, were equally courteous and responsive to our questions and concerns; be it advising us well on food portions & other misc. requests.

Checkout: There was no confusion, surprise bills... Infact Mr Sahil catered very well to my very late night request for a taxi very early in the morning. I had a cab with an equally amazing cab (my kids loved the clean and interesting interiors of the car) and a kind driver at the doorstep. He showed us around Kullu, telling us about the local stuff, stopping at special places (Maggie and Siddu by River Parvati at a quaint & 0 crowd location).

The entire experience with Kullu Valley Hotel was one of the most beautiful parts of my Kullu-Manali vacations.

Very bad property, Not worth visiting please avoid this property, Even though I had a booking with them 15 days before my trip, they were finding an empty room at the time of check-in, we booked 4 rooms they provided us with 3 rooms on the top floor and one room on the 3rd floor there was no lift there. Also need to wait for 1 hour to get free breakfast, people who came after us were getting orders before us because they were paying for breakfast, poor service and no proper service staff there. Rooms were very small as compared to the price, we had booked small rooms but as compared to my all other stays rooms were expensive then size and service, not getting hot water even after you switch on the geyser, you can use only one device at a time like if I want to use heater then i need to switch of the geyser.

The staff was very rude. They don't have a lift also we need to climb 3 floors every time. And our group was separated due to room allotment

they are also offering chargeable food in the room which is almost doubled the original amount for example they are offering Pringles in the...

"It is the worst room that i ever had. It does not have a room heater. For that you need to pay 300, over that you only have 4 power outlets only one for the room heater or the hotewater so u can only either of the one and two outlets going for the TV. If you want both the hotewater and the room heater with a low power capacity, you will loose the last power outlet and left with out any changing on phone by end of the day. No view from the room and they charge 10% on food for room service. They Are even rude with the customers. All the images on the google page about this hotel are just a one day setup and fake so we can even say that the reviews can be fake. even the location is fake because it is not beside the river, it is in the same building as the Punjab national bank. You can see it in one of the images posted by the hotel which on the other side of the road which has no clear view of the river near by.
