Staff needs to be trained properly....teach them how to talk to ur customers....i entered DIY with my family with a sealed bottle of water in my hand ....no one was on the gate in the name of security guy....i entered with my family and a man on the counter shouted 'bhai bottle bhr rh dijiye' in front of 10 people in a very disrespectful manner as if he was the owner of whole isbt...and everyone available started looking at me as if i had committed some crime....it's ur fault that no security staff was on the gate not mine...and shouting and disrespecting ur customer is in no sense a civilized thing and also not professionalism...what if u had shouted back and fight might have started...?....kindly push that guy out of ur store and teach others to talk in a civilized and a...
