Hotel Roshan — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Its a home away from home. I travel a lot and find this place one of the best. When the first time I visited Barot Valley, I got to know by the locals that there are many home stays but only one Hotel is available and that was Hotel Roshan. Our stay was damn good. I visited again after 2-3 years then I met first time Subedar Balbir Singh (the owner of the hotel) and found a home away from home, the way he and his family took care of us we'll always remember. Dispite reached there in the night, they provided us excellent homemade food. They give a very homely feeling to their guests. Their hospitality is amazing, food is awesome and the location of the hotel is scenic. After the second visit, whenever I come to Barot, I stay only in Hotel Roshan just to enjoy my stay and awesome food. I highly recommend this place to all the genuine travelers who actually want to explore beautiful places. This place is not for the people who want 5 star facilities or believing in...

Stayed in Hotel Roshan with family. We were a total of 16 members plus one infant. I was so surprised to see the cleanliness of the rooms!! I would specially like to mention Mr. Balbir (owner) who is an excellent human. He made our stay so comfortable that we felt like staying at home only! The rooms were ultra clean with basic facilities. You can't get better hospitality than this hotel anywhere in Barot. The food prepared was super! No complaints at all. He sat with us explaining what to do in Barot Valley, where and how to visit. Overall, it was such a nice experience to stay here. I would recommend everyone who visits Barot Valley to try and book your stay here or atleast try their food if you couldn't get booking... Once again, I would like to thank Mr. Balbir and his staff for caring for us and making our stay super comfortable and a memorable one.

Mr. Balbir was courteous and the same time helped us what to do during our visit. He was always a call away. His kind gestures helped us a lot and our 6 days stay at Hotel Roshan Barot was one of a kind.... which we can never ever forget..
