This place has a great potential. Great location and very spacious rooms. The problem is that they don't have the right people in their team. The front office guy has a major attitude. Doesn't know how to speak to customers. Simply plain rude and sadly insulting. I guess it's just the culture or maybe a language barrier but that guy is just a blatant disrespectful insult to the customers. I was shocked to notice that the MD couple of the hotel were present during our stay and did not notice anything unusual. During checkout I even brought it to the attention of Mrs. MD that the only thing I insisted for was a GST bill but the hotel was unable to provide the same, to my utmost surprise, the hotel staff ganged up on my family and accused me of abusing them and used pathetic language in front of a 4 year old and a 10 Year old who were a part of my family but the MD stood there mute. The MD asked a few questions to the staff and stepped aside conveniently. They Just could not produce a GST bill and tried to give me a hand written bill on a vat invoice printed book. I eventually gave up and paid the bill and left without a GST bill. I would never go back there. Great place but there is absolutely no management there. It's a bunch of goons running that place. Can you believe it, there is NO General Manager there? Hah. Maybe it was just for me that they told me there was no General Manager, You might be the lucky one to come across one. I doubt it though, when even the MDs didn't have the guts to intervene and question their staff, I can't imagine a GM doing that and surviving...

We had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in Dalhousie, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. Our room, 201, was incredibly spacious and well-appointed. The highlight was the large balcony offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the valley and snow-covered mountains – it was a sight we couldn’t get enough of.

The hotel’s restaurant was another standout, offering a charming ambiance and equally stunning views of the valley below. The addition of a terrace garden further elevated the experience, giving us a peaceful spot to relax and take in the natural beauty surrounding us.

We also celebrated my wife’s birthday during our stay, and I must say, the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Every detail was taken care of, and their warm hospitality made the day even more memorable. A special mention goes to Mr. Ramesh Kumar, who was attentive to our every need, ensuring our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.

Worst resort I have ever stayed in....got late for check in due to traffic jam..no onboard staff to assist...rooms not more than staff rooms like we're allotted. Actual photo and category during booking differs from the room allotted. Blocked view of stinking common area shared by all rooms from Windows....be alert while booking. Hospitality also not satisfied. Even charged for a milk of infant who was booked along. Food no doubt was best with variety. Play area good for kids... I would recommend staff to work on the loopholes and tourists to be alert before booking the rooms. They deny even mail proofs. I would have surely tried it next time if I could have got good service first time. I would never recommend. Your 24*7 so called front desk does not take any responsibility and clearly say that Manager is not there , we cannot answer anything without him and asked us to wait till...
