I visited Dalhousie before the peak season started, so i was able to visit places with very little crowds present, same was the case with this cafe, i visited it twice in my 4 day visit to Dalhousie and both the time we were the only ones in the cafe and it was great. Firstly, the atmosphere of the cafe itself is great, the ambiance and the light of the place is quite well done (yes, it has those "aesthetic" cafe kind of lighting) and the people working there were quite friendly and prompt in preparing the ordered food. Although the view from the cafe is another story, there's a bus station right in front of the cafe so all you'll see are a bunch of buses (well, you'll love it if you're into staring at buses but otherwise it's a boring view). Coming to the food, it was pretty good, the pizza 🍕 was delicious and the coffee too was pretty good. (If you visit then definitely try out the pizza) however the chillie garlic fries that i tried were a bit cold and soggy whereas i was expecting them to be a bit crispy and warm. Well, other than the view and the soggy fries, this cafe is one of the better ones present in Dalhousie ( although i was only able to visit 6-8 cafes in Dalhousie during my stay so it's completely possible that i missed a few really good cafes out there) Would Definitely recommend this place 👍

I recently visited Brew Bakes Cafe-BISTRO in Dalhousie, Himachal Pradesh, and had a delightful experience. The cafe offers a wide range of delicious items, including Hot Chocolates, Mexican Burgers, Schezwan Wraps, Double Cheese Burgers and many more. During my visit, I ordered a Veg Cheese Burger, Mushroom Pizza, and Cappuccino. The taste and flavor of the food were amazing. Each bite was a treat to my taste buds. The prices are very genuine and affordable, making it a great place for both locals and tourists. The atmosphere of the cafe is cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing with friends or family. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. Overall, Brew Bakes Cafe-BISTRO is a fantastic spot to enjoy tasty food and good company. I highly recommend this cafe to anyone visiting Dalhousie.

Wow never experienced something like that , first of all the cafe is great in looks , aesthetically pleasing and has a great potential but No i won’t recommend going there . Reasons 1• The menu is expensive as a 4 star restaurant but they are food wise <2⭐️ 2• The food is not worth the price, i ordered 1 plain maggi which is literally 20 packet maggi made and put into the plate and they charged me 90 . They are charging 70 for 2 mins of their pan usage ?😐 3• I told him specifically i need sprite of 20Rs , he said ok sir 😊 . He poured that sprite into a glass and served me , i thought like wow that is a kind gesture! . On the bill I saw he charged me Rs 69!!! . Daylight robbery I’d say !. How are they not a single bit ashamed .
