jüSTa Birding Resort & Spa, Dharamshala — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

I stayed at Justa Dharamshala and booked the Presidential Suite from 29th May -1st June. Shortly after arriving at the property there was nobody to take the luggage and waited for sometime. The access road to the hotel is quite unsafe at night as it’s all dug up with no light and the hotel didn’t inform the same. When we reached the hotel at 8pm the person at the Check in Counter alloted us a normal room and was not very well trained but after insisting allotted us the room we paid for, as soon as we went to the room the bathroom was choked and TV not working and it was already 8:30 pm so they said they don’t have a technician and on escalation they sent some people to fix the issue and it was already 11:30 by the time the issue was fixed. We had booked the Room with Dinner included and dinner was very cold,oily and tasteless and hence we met the HeadChef and told him about the issue with the food which was resolved later. Lastly on the second night there was really loud music that was playing next door and was on till 11:30pm and constant insistence at the Front Desk they made it shut down but it was a challenge in itself. In summary everything was a challenge at the hotel due to a Family emergency we checked out After the second night inspite of paying for the 3rd night and upon assurance from the Hotel they said they will either give us credit or work on a solution. 10 days later they haven’t even replied to a single email or communication.

We booked the most expensive room at the property and the treatment and service was best at par with a service Appartment/Budget Hotels. and the service was below average and the staff definitely needs a lot of training. I have stayed at multiple hotels on that side in the last 5 years but this has been the worst experience so far. Only silver lining was the room as that was spacious and...

⚠️ HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE – EXPIRED FOOD SERVED AT A "LUXURY" HOTEL! ⚠️

I am absolutely disgusted by my recent stay at Justa Birding resort and spa, Dharamshala. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a nightmare when I realised the hotel was serving expired food to guest. putting our health at risk for pure laziness and negligence. And when you feed that food to your 18-month-old daughter and then she vomits whole night.

Breakfast Buffet Jam– Checked the label after a feed that food my baby EXPIRED 6 MONTHS AGO. When confronted, staff he told me mem its june 2027 but on packet literally expiry date wrote January 2025. We ordered Ice cream in room we found pieces of papers in ice cream. I have asked for baby sabji they gave sabji like literally water. I returned that sabji. How does a 5-star hotel not inspect this?

STAFF DIDN’T CARE! When I showed the expired Jam to the restaurant manager, he shrugged and said, mem june 2027 likha hai. Other guests ate it without issue may be they trust on five star hotels. That’s not how food safety works! After eating expiry Jam My daughter vomited all night and I was very worried that night.

when you check in hotel there is no any breifing from reception. what’s your breakfast time ? what other eminities ? about baby food nothing briefing from receptionsit. I must say staffs are very untrained and unprofessional. This hotel must be 2 star or 1 star not 5 star.
