Its totally waste of money. They have cheated us. They told us that this hotel is brand new but actually it was completely 15-20 years old building. They told us that they have pure veg restaurant but in fact no restaurant is available and we need to go paddle to have a lunch and dinner. They provide very bad quality of toiletries, towels, bed and blanket. No proper parking is availbale and almost 700 mtr road for single lane where two way car is not passing and we stuck in between. Better to choose some hotel on thandi sadak rather than garam sadak as entire road is very bad for car. Even homestay is much better than this. Staff is also not good. Be aware before booking, they promised and send the pics like professional but actually they are cheaters. They have paid plan from goibibo so even though they have bad ratting, goibibo will show good rating.

We have asked you about room size, you mentioned it about 210 sq ft in iris glenshit with 1550/- Room rate per night and another one is jasmine where room size is 160 sq ft and with 1250/- Room rate per night. We have booked bigger room as we are travelling with family and we are totally surprised in mid night that allotted room in iris glenshit was around 160 sq ft only. Even more surprise is there that when i have paid remaining amount to your manager while check out, i just ask for receipt of payment but he just replied that he will mail us by day end, but still today i have not received any GST paid receipt for payment made by us. You had clearly mentioned that your Iris glenshit property is brand new (i.e. less than 12 month old property) and jasmine is renovated property but infact we have not visited jasmine property but iris glenshit is also looked renovated property and not brand new. Getting early check out with bargaining on decided terms is the cheating or providing wrong information intentionally and take the booking on the basis of wrong information is cheating? Just think about it. My 15-20 years theory is just assumption according to property condition, it may be less or more i don't mind but i am pretty sure that this is not a brand new property as promised by you. You can definitely doubt my degree, i don't mind about it because whatever i have earned from my hard core hard work can never be challenge by anyone. You have parking for just 2 car, but for our surprise on both day, your car was parked in that area and we need to park outside your hotel. Thank god we have driver with us who had manage all, otherwise it will be very tough for us to manage all parking issue. Only two guys run this hotel, one star I gave because when we could not locate the place and called this hotel, they sent us one of the guy to pick us up near Gandhi Chowk, and another plus is near to Mall Road, only 5-7 min. walk, another plus is less stairs compared to other hotels in Dalhousie, otherwise all minus points like no reception area, one person can not stand properly besides the table at the entry gate, smelly rooms, very small rooms, very small bathrooms, horrible food and tea, phones not working, everytime you want something give a missed call, guys don't remain present around, no lobby - just a small passage hardly one person can walk simultaneously in that passage, highly over rated on Go Ibibo as we booked through it...Guys keep reminding you about early check out immediately after check in even when check time is written 12 pm on Go ibibo and hotel itself...Nearby hotel Bhandari Palace is much better at less than half tariff and much closer to...
