Of the good (most likely bought and fake) reviews everywhere, here’s what they wont tell you.

Exhaust in the bathroom wasnt working, and since there was no ventilation (at all) in the room, it stank most of the time. Place isnt child friendly. It should be called out so explicitly on the booking websites. Why? My room in the “wooden chalet” had a burnt switch that had the wiring exposed and sparked everytime you used the adjacent switches. Picture attached. There was a stray dog fight inside the property in front of the entrance door of the chalet, one so bad that their blood splattered on the front porch. Luckily my son got in before it started.

After the dog fight incident, when we asked to leave, we were told that no refunds will be made. Had a booking for 3 days, left in two days, paid for 2.5 days (was lucky enough to get a “discount” after negotiating for a day). To the owner - I dont understand why are you in the hospitality business. You should be sitting under a rock where no one should bother you. I still cant believe when you said “i can buy good reviews for 1500 rs to negate your bad review so dont care about anything”. I thought you were a well educated decent guy welcoming people in the hills, but thanks for ruining my trip. Man up and start taking responsibility for what happens on your property.

Edit : you wont be getting a single penny from me anyways, so all the best with your advance collections. If you dont have control over things that happen inside your property, as you shamelessly claim, then you should not be running a business at...

We booked property for 3 nites but vacated in 2 nites. Below are pros and cons

Cons

Food service is very very slow they take lot of time way more then normal waiting time to serve food...some of the dishes were very nice some of them were tastless.

There is no hot water in property.

Out of 6 rooms 2 rooms are very very nice which are next to entrance they call family rooms. Rest all rooms needs improvement. 2 rooms infront of gazzebo should not be issued by the host as they are full of spiders and insects and it will be a nightmare if you stay there. Size of spiders are such that you will feel traumatized.

Street Dogs all over the property if you are a dog lover then its fine else you can scream.

Host is not at all interested or bothered about the stay of there guests or there satisfaction or requirements or welcoming them. Which he should be.

Pros

The location the view the river the isolation the nature the gazzebo the place was awesome and divine if you dont like crowded places. I would definitely visit again but stay in family rooms which seem to be newly built and insect and spider free.

Advice to host dont issue small 2 rooms next to gazzebo and lot of scope of improvement as your location is 10 out of 10. Do take interest in your guests and there feedbacks and business and property as you can mint money with...

Okay let’s start by saying that this might have been one of the worst hotel experience of my life…we weren’t given a hospitable stay..the staff didn’t assist us in parking our car that too on a broken road…only one bellboy was sent to pick up our suitcases who was finding it difficult just to grab one suitcase…we dined in a circular sitting area and were served very unhygienic snacks and fritters..the owner was a sociopath who kept laughing at whatever lame things he was saying…the broken wooden beds were so uncomfortable that even after a week our backs still hurt…public restrooms are more well maintained that their washrooms…we encountered a big fat rat around 3am in the night and had to leave asap and paying 21k+ for such a horrific stay….the owner called us up in the morning and said that ‘it was just a rat so what…we will shift u to sm other place’ thank god we left that place which is the second name of hell…street dogs and insects were some of the unwanted guests that accompanied us in our stay…we were haunted by the thought of leopards (said to us by staff) Suggestion-it’s a very good location pls do something good with it and your business will...

Had a fantastic stay at Jujurana, so much so that I extended my stay by a day! Was reluctant to leave this beautiful spot, tucked away, next to a gorgeous stream, with a section of it that worked as a natural pool. For nature lovers (and if you fancy a spot of fishing for fresh Trout), this place is ideal. Relaxing and gorgeous, the outdoor areas are perfect, with meals being served on the terrace overlooking the stream; and a cosy indoor space for those rainy and cold days. The host and his team were very welcoming and sorted out any issues that arose and the Chef was excellent 👌 Being eco friendly, the hot water comes from solar panels, as this place is fairly remote so you have to accept the challenges this brings with it. A great place to discover and explore the Himalayan National Park, and all its wild beauty. Nature is key in this location; abundant with natural medicinal herbs and of course delicious Trout. A peaceful and beautiful place indeed. I hope to return soon 💚

Had an amazing stay , owner is very very co-operative ,we booked 5 rooms 1 month before our stay ,cancelled 1 room 1week before stay and also cancelled 1 more after reaching there as our kids were not ready to sleep in separate room but owner didn’t charged single extra penny and did all this very politely..upper floor rooms are amazing but downstairs rooms needs very little improvements like no drainage points in basin area ,so it stays wet and I would like to suggest amenities to be upgraded in bathroom ..Location is very beautiful (riverside ,in lap of nature) , calming ,also little bit raw (insects) ..Food was good..Overall if u are nature loving u will definitely love this place..
