Went there with my family. Booked a suite, super deluxe and a deluxe room for a group of 10 people.
The thing I liked is the rooms are quite spacious, even the deluxe room.
The list of things that I did not like is huge-
• the main entrance to the rooms was not available as some maintenance work was going on and hence had to go through the back entrance which is not a good site to the eyes. This might be a temporary thing but I feel the major repairs and maintenance works should not be carried out in the peak seasons.
• the washrooms are not up to the mark be it in terms of cleanliness or ventilation. Taps and toliets were not at all properly functional. This was very irking.
• there is no proper dining space. They have set up some old chairs in the parking space itself which I felt they were using as store room too.
• owner was very polite during bookings and enquiries period. But he was not ready to hear any feedbacks during the stay.
Also, this property is located in Dharampur, if someone is looking to stay in Kasuali, this is not for them. View from the rooms is also not a great one.
Overall, did not get a satisfying experience while our stay here. One can get much better properties in this price range at far good locations if they plan there...

It was supposed to be a homestay as per their manager, But homestay also has some facilities, but this property was terrible. Room were ok with no kettle no tea sachets half of the time electricity was not there We bathed in cold water. The bathrooms were dirty and the buckets were horrific to look into. Half of the wardrobe was broken. It...
Read moreWe luckily got this property on our first visit to Kasauli recently. We called the property on the way n luckily had rooms available. Location is perfect in Dharmapur right near Barista and Kasauli chowk circle 11 kms away from Kasaauli. We found it perfect for its breathtaking views , large rooms and a very friendly and down to earth host Mr Razat Garg. Room balcony has great valley views and Dharampur had more open spaces compared to Kasauli so i found it better staying at Dharampur. Toy train is also visible from hotel balcony. Overall a great option for KASAULI. Ps: in-house restaurant and chef can...
