Kasauli Nature INN — Hotel in Himachal Pradesh

Just read me out before booking this place if u are planning your visit with your family . I’ll tell you step by step experience we had recently done for 2 nights . Day -1 1-the road towards this property is very steep if someone comes with no experience driving on the hills will be stuck 2.we booked this property only by seeing the pictures provided in the google and seeing some positive reviews in the google (all of them are fake) we thought some extra place in-front of the property where kids can play. 3.the moment we reach there we felt that why we booked this property..the reason behind it is ,the rooms are looking like cheap lodges in the villages ,none of the blankets were washed it smells very bad. 4.washrooms are absolutely dirty there was no water supply. 5.there is t v but not recharged with DTH so u can’t see any tv programs, water they provided was some pipe water not sealed (so u have to pay 40 rupees extra for a bottle water 6.the food they provided was absolutely not worth the money they charge since this property is on top of the mountain u can’t go and buy anything and eat. Which means u are stuck once you entered 7.the boys were working there i feel they have been picked up from street and they don’t know how to behave with the guests. If u say something they will warn you. Be ready for a fight if u opt to go here 😊 8.we booked this property for 2 days and second day we left there with losing 9000 rupees booked for 2 families. 9.before we left I asked the staff at least give me another room which have water in the toilet he is telling me that only your room has problem all other rooms are fine if u want to stay ,stay here else u can decide u want to be here or not. Worst service by hotel staff. I booked this hotel from Airbnb site.

In the Amenities section (Bathroom), you mentioned shampoo but actually, there is no shampoo in the bathroom. In Bedroom and laundry section you mentioned Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper but there are no Towels, soap, and toilet paper available. In Entertainment Section you mentioned TV, but there is no TV.

I booked a hotel for 4 people and the price was ₹1891.77. But when we reached the property, the property owner was saying that this booking is for one room and for 4 people you have to book another room and why should I pay more while I already paid for 4 people. But thankfully owner of the property agreed to provide another room. But this is a big glitch on your website if I select 4 people then the website show 2 rooms automatically. This was my first and last time on Airbnb worst experience. And what if there is only one room left where do we go then?

The hotel staff's behavior was very ignorant. My brother's daughter (5 years old) was thirsty. My brother called 4-5 times on reception but no one reply, then he has to go to the reception area for water and reception boy present at the reception area he is just ignoring the calls. And their behavior was not good.

Kasauli Nature Inn is one of the beautiful and finest places in and around the city, so neat & clean, well- off from every aspect in terms of hospitality and taken care of the guests. They offer Buffet in the morning which is just awesome and super healthy. As name suggests Nature Inn is full of nature and natural beauty (log huts etc.), nothing over done. Rooms are well lit, clean, tidy. Staff is very much honest and responsible & knows their duties. A must visit hotel, I had visited this place on 11.12.21 for just one day but want to stay here in future for as long as 5-6 more days for complete rejuvenation of mind, body and soul. I just love the bonfire with tasty food and ambience and lighting. Everyone enjoys in their designated space. No interference of any kind. The hotel owner is a very kind hearted and super soft spoken, very reasonable rates, healthy food, had all kinds of basic amenities. It is situated on easy accessible road followed by a fully adventurous stretch of about 100 meters. The best part is that we can witness Snowfall at this place in winters at about 50 Kms from Chandigarh without having a burden of travelling so long to Kufri to see snow saving alot of fuel time and money.
