We stayed at nebula nook cottage and treehouse both The views of the mountains is exceptional , the quiet , peace and the night stars view is something we certainly miss in the city landscape. Pros : Cottage interiors and furniture, the glass windows and the mental peace Chicken made especially for us on request, himachali thali was also good especially bichoo booti Breakfast food was fresh such as paratha and poha and maggi Tariff is less for the stay but I wouldn't mind paying more if basic amenities could be made better The treehouse location and privacy This place is new so they are still in learning phase with just 2 staff, hence bare minimum is only made possible Cons : Issues with electricity and no power backup ( take power bank for charging) The road route : narrow with ongoing construction ( not the right time to visit) creates delay and not for faint hearted and rookie drivers Cafe is vegetarian and very limited options, they mention pancakes but they don't have any. Food options are overpriced ..we.asked for siddu but couldn't be prepared due to power issue Parking space is chargeable for each day . No free breakfast ( could have been included by increasing the tariff) There is a free bonfire at cafe but exclusive / private bonfire is chargeable for the treehouse guests ( lot more than usual for offbeat places) Lack of privacy for cottage guests from noise and crowd at the cafe. Heating available for very short time and still chargeable ( safety concerns of heating/ burning in treehouses) Lack of basic mirror, cupboard, toiletries in cottage, these should have been there before hand as guest shouldn't be asking for these petty things like hand-wash, soap, toothpaste etc.
Overall meenal is a warm host and tries to accommodate our requests but still a lot needs to be learnt in terms of...

Read moreThe view from the cottage is the best. The cottage is cute and cozy. All amenities were provided. Sapna, caretaker and cook, was sweet and prepared home-cooked meals. She even made Sidhu upon our request. We had no issues during our stay. One thing to keep in mid is that the last 4km to Tandi village is off-road and narrow so it's best to go there with an experienced driver. My only suggestion for the cottage would be to add more curtains, as windows were not...
