Reverberate Cafe in Jibhi, located on the Balo road, is an absolute gem by the riverside. Run by Tushar, who is a fantastic host, this place exudes charm and tranquility – the perfect spot to relax, unwind, and feel like time is standing still.

The food here is exceptional! I had the best sizzler, cottage cheese steak, and an array of other delicious dishes. Their spring rolls were fabulous, and the fries were spot on. To top it all off, their extra special brownies were simply divine. While the prices are on the higher side, I must say the quality of food and the overall experience justify it.

The cafe’s riverside location adds a magical touch – we even took a delightful walk down to the river, which was so refreshing. The seating at the cafe is thoughtfully done, adorned with great art and radiating a full-power Kasol vibe. They also have a few rooms available if you’re looking to extend your stay.

This place is perfectly located overlooking a beautiful river stream and has seating options, both outside and inside. The place has got a very chilled out vibe with Mr. Negi greeting you with a warm smile the minute you arrive. They also have accommodation options with the river flowing in full view which I would recommend to book well in advance as they get sold out quickly especially on weekends. The river is accessible from the café and you can sit around for hours by the riverside after your meal.

Everything from the ambiance, food, portion size, service was perfect. The best part for us were the conversations we had with Negi and Tushar. They are not just wonderful hosts but also very genuine people with some great stories. Had the best time of the trip with heart-warming conversations and Tushar’s solos on the guitar around a bonfire!

Wandered into this café on a crisp October evening during my recent visit to Jibhi. Tucked away in a scenic view aside from the bustle, this place is unassuming and a cosy hangout setting.

We snagged a table outside and were immediately greeted by Tushar’s friendly smile, who runs the place with Negi bhai and together their charm is unmatched!

Started off with the ginger, lemon& honey tea on the menu which feels like a warm hug on a chilly day tbh! Next we ordered pizza and Nutella pancake (which is actually a crêpe). Packed with flavour, the toppings and crust were absolutely scrumptious. The crêpe was a slice of heaven and by the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.

And, if you ever needed a reason more than the people and food at Reverberate, there is Pablo, their furry companion socialising and giving endless cuddles (and to walk you home if you are lucky!)
