WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER – DO NOT STAY HERE! Capital Swan O Paradise, Indore – more like Capital Swan O NIGHTMARE.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place deserves a public service warning. My experience here was horrendous, borderline traumatic.

ROOMS WERE FILTHY- Not even surface-level cleaned. Dust, stains, and God knows what else was lurking on the bedsheets. NO COMPLIMENTARY WATER- Not even a courtesy bottle in sight. What kind of hotel does that in 2025?! Upon asking the receptionist, he rudely said that even he doesn't get water to drink then how come we will get it. I mean what kind of response is this. DISGUSTING BATHROOMS- Dirty tiles, no proper cleaning, and to top it all – a used condom just lying there like it was a museum artifact. Absolutely repulsive. ZERO TOILETRIES- No soap, no shampoo, not even a roll of toilet paper until we asked twice. ELECTRICITY WENT OUT – NO BACKUP- Forget hot showers – there was NO WATER AT ALL. No generator, no apology, no accountability. SECURITY IS A JOKE- Someone actually tried to open my door twice from outside late at night. No one from the staff seemed to care. Felt completely unsafe. STAFF IS RUDE AND INTRUSIVE- They kept pestering us about checkout like we were trying to steal their precious broken furniture. No courtesy, no warmth – just unnecessary attitude. ZERO VALUE FOR MONEY- This place charges like a proper hotel but delivers like a shady dharamshala from hell.

DO NOT GO THERE I cannot recall one positive thing about the hotel The hotel has not given their number online, you cannot directly contact them The number that OYO gives is not working, they never pick up the calls There is absolutely no communication between the OYO employees and the hotel staff, and the hotel staff just talks trash about OYO services The staff is just so unprofessional they do not know how to talk to guests at all There is no name of cleanliness, the buckets in the washroom are so dirty, we had to bath without them The tap was not working properly Even while we were leaving, the receptionist was misbehaving OYO employees informed us that we will have to pay 350 extra due if we choose to check in some hours ago but the staff charged us 800 extra, they just keep on blaming OYO services but never pick up OYO employee's calls The day before check in, I was on line like at least 40 minutes so that the OYO staff could connect me with the hotel staff but they just DID NOT PICK UP All these negative points and I can't recall one single positive service that they could provide. We had to pay in total 1900 approximately and I can get much better services for 2000 with very much apt behaviour

Writing review after talking to hotel owner basant patel. Ours was prepaid booking from MMT at discount rate. On reception desk lady asked us to wait for sometime meanwhile she was alloting rooms immediately to other guests who were coming for on spot booking at higher amount. Receptionist shown us a very bad dirty room at ground floor which is like spare room for servents, she was telling this is only room available but she was selling other rooms to on spot guest. While I was on call with MMT customer care, receptionist allotted our prepaid room to other and told us room is not available. Pathetic experience, how she dare to assign our prepaid room to other and deny check-in. Swan paradise owner is telling he is not willing to take online booking from Oyo, MMT, etc. Then why they are still showing their all hotels on online portals. Hotel owner if taking bookings from online platform then he should honour booking otherwise delist hotel. Mr. Basant Patel you are spoiling your hotel name and customers coming from outstation have to suffer lot because of you. Our suffering cannot be measured in value.
