When I heard about fab hotel from one of friend who was doing internship last year, the reviews I heard from him was extremely awesome. I was planning to visit jaipur last weekend and stay in good quality of hotel and I just remembered about fab hotels. I booked it for one day, the moment I entered in the hotel was worst. The room was unhygienic. The bedsheet, pillow covers, blanket, walls, washroom were dirty. I couldn't stay for 1 night but I made a payment online. The WIFI was not working. The cooling of AC was not working properly. The Lift was not working. Parking area is not available. It was my worst experience which I am sharing about this hotel. I recommended everyone not to book this hotel. It's totally waste of money and time. Try to book hotels nearby Railway station. They are much better than it.

Hotel is good according to budget. Specious room. Specious Bathroom. Good parking space. There's something need to be improve by the management- 1. Bathrooms should be clean & stop the water leakage. 2. Room service may improved. 3. Too much dust under the bed which reason dust allergy, must be clean by H&K boys. 4. Just need some more observation to maintain the property for long run .

Don't waste your time with low class people. I booked through oyo application using oyo discount code and paid online via google pay but they refused check in. Just because of the consequent reasons why I have to pay online. They want 1000 rupees for rent. I just follow the system of oyo application, but this low floor hotel refuses to enter claiming that it cannot allow foreigners to stay. In spite of the oyo edge system, foreigners are welcomed. And one day before, I have already inquired… The stupid reason for this hotel owner's stoic and rude manners is…blame myself why I have to pay...

I am quite disappointed with my stay at this FabHotel. The property seems to be flats converted into rooms, and the overall maintenance is poor. Bedsheets and other items were not clean, and there were no doormats in the room. The service was also below average. This hotel is not suitable for families at all, though it might be okay for bachelors.
