FabHotel Sarvika — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Location was easy to find. We just followed the Gmaps. Rooms were quite small as expected. 10x10 or 10x12. Service was something where they need to work a lot, even the basic courtesy was missing. Toiletries, towel were not provided until we asked. Even the water bottle given at the time of check-in was charged. Receptionist had no idea about our booking (booked through fab hotels) just because he had no access to the portal. I mean, then why is he on the receptionist desk? Our booking was of 4 nights but every time when we were going outside the hotel, he was asking us the room number or are you checking out. Hygiene & cleanliness was poor. As we entered on the room, we immediately asked the service guy to change our room but eventually he just changed the bedsheet & pillow covers. The reason we booked it through Fab & not through Oyo was hygiene.

I booking A Ac room for 2 days saty from agoda .. check in date 31 march 2025 Check Out Date 2 April 2025 I went to hotel for check in At 8:30 PM . that check in time they denied For provide AC Room and say pay extra for AC room around 600 rs . If I booked For Ac room why i will pay extra . And they denied for check in … I contact agoda but after waitng of 3 Hour they did not resolve my issue. At mid night 10:30 i booked Another Hotel for Stay .and agoda reply 11:50 PM to check in hotel. Chutiya banata he ye hotel wala … call par bolta he ki online booking nahi he . Agar koi online book karta he to use Non AC room deke natak karta he. Worst experience in this hotel . They did not refund my money and force me to check in...

The staff was really helpful. I travelled alone with my elderly grandparents (who have difficultly in walking) and it was very difficult fir me to manage them both together. Yet, the staff as much as carried them themselves so that my grandparents do not struggle with the stairs in the entryway. They even attended all my calls at late hours and were always on their toes to help with my needs. Took special care of my grandparents' diet. Made meals exactly as instructed to them. May God bless all the people who made my stay comfortable. These were some gem people. You really don't find such cooperative...
