OYO 6708 Holiday Heaven Resort — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We were here for a month and it sucked. The gardens are beautiful BUT the house itself is so dirty and gross. They say they do daily cleaning but they use a black mop that is covered in dirt, they don't dust or clean the sheets unless asked, and the towels smell disgusting. I asked to have my laundry done and I got it back smelling like smoke and WET. They said we'd have wifi (very important as we were there for business) but we didn't. They lied to us about the price (they charge by the day not the night, which is total bs) and then threatened our safety at the end when confronting them. We had rented out the whole hotel and they let people stay in the rooms we weren't occupying. There were 5 guys in one room and they kept us up all night wresling and fighting. Someone with us ended up having money taken from his room. The location totally sucks. There's nothing around. The breakfast is terrible. Stay anywhere but here. I only gave them two stars because...

Lots of good reviews and good photos of hotel but when you personally visit then you know what kind of hell you are in.

Be careful Some very good reviews done by their people only.

Walls falling apart.Tap not working .rooms not clean and stinks.no proper hot water.

Hotel playing loud music outside late night. Worker don’t understand what you want.

Don’t book this hotel by just seeing photo and reading reviews .

I moved to other good hotel.Spoiled my whole vacation and the mood.Now my kids don’t want to come Jaipur again. And now I don’t trust OYO hotels any more.

I stayed there just for one night with family. I choose this resort because it has beautiful garden's picture. But first they took 25 minutes to open the door, staff was rude and very unprofessional. Rooms was dirty, towels was missing (we used our own) and AC remote was not working. It was annoying as we were tired and wanted to go to bed. We felt that they are doing favor for letting us stay.
