The worst experience I have ever had. Don't go by the flattering reviews, which must have been forged by them only. We had booked 2 family Delux rooms(2+1/each) on a deal package. What we were offered were below average and small double rooms. The manager/owner offered to lay an extra matress on the floor to each of the rooms, which we had refused and got ready to pay for an extra room. They have three floors above the reception area with steep staircases and no lift/elevators. My old parents and uncle-aunts are having great difficulties climbing that one floor. Their restaurant is on the top floor, they were insisting us to have the complimentary breakfast in the restaurant only without lift. We couldnt cancel it as #cleartrip or #paytm doesnt refund the paid amount. After all these the rooms we got (changed 5rooms with different sets of complaints) 2 rooms on the first floor. Room 1's fan speed can't be controlled. The main door can't be locked. Geyser doesn't work. Light switches are behind the bed, so it's a struggle turn the lights on/off. Room 2's door to the Washroom can't be locked. Geyser doesn't work. No Water after 10pm. AC doesnt work. The 3rd room which is on the 2nd floor looks decent than the other two. The flush doesn't work. All these complaints has been made again and again with no resolution. So requesting to strictly avoid this hotel or book it...

I wish we had an option for zero star. Please don't go by the ratting, they specifically ask customers to give good rattings. I can list down countless points where Hotel service was not good: I called the hotel to know if I can check in at 11AM, they said yes and asked me to give good ratting. But when I went there at 11:30AM, the room was not ready and they made me wait for 15 mins. The TV was not working. There was no hand towel or bath towel in the room. No oil pouch available in the room. Hygiene level is really bad, the blanket was quite dirty and had big dark spots. I was asked to check out on the same day around 1PM for complaining multiple times for the poor service.

Overall it is a normal budget hotel and don't expect anything similar to other 2 star hotels...
