My stay at Hotel Sumaditya was an absolute delight from start to finish. The comfort provided during my time there was beyond compare. The rooms were impeccably clean, which immediately put me at ease. The staff's hospitality was truly exceptional - they went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, making me feel welcomed and attended to at every step.

One of the highlights was undoubtedly the delectable food. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the meals were consistently tasty and fresh, surpassing my expectations each time. The culinary experience was a testament to the hotel's commitment to quality service.

Despite these wonderful experiences, I did receive a few reminders about checkout time. While I understand the necessity due to other bookings, the repeated calls before the 12 PM checkout felt a bit intrusive. However, considering it was the peak season in the last week of December and the hotel was understandably busy, this was a minor inconvenience.

Room was nice, clean and would gladly recommend it. Itinerary was on a mid level away from the street. I have an issues though. I left a 300 rubee tip in my room for the cleaning ladies. I had to return to retrieve 1 lost item discovered at checkout and was accompanied by what appeared to be a supervisor. I picked up my item and proceeded to checking out. They we’re having trouble with their credit card scanner (ultimately had to pay cash) so while waiting I just had a bad feeling. I went back to the room again with the same person and discovered the money missing and served notice to this individual this was not acceptable. He took the money out of his pocket, handed it to me and I returned it where I had...
