Hotel Istana Inn — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We confirmed booking for this hotel after reading those positive (paid!) reviews, we had terrible experience during our stay. It is not a 3 star hotel , OYO room could be better than this !! its not a hotel it's a residential building in residential area. They have 2or3 BHK flats and bedroom of those flats are allocated as hotel rooms. There were no amenities of 3 start , no help for shifting bags,. No internet, no working TV, no toiletries, no electric kettle. We had booked 2 rooms, No water in either of two room's washroom and we had to call hotel staff and check taps at 12am midnight in room. It was made available at 1 am midnight. -we ordered a glass of hot milk (approx. 200ml) for my daughter it costs me for 72 INR !!! I found it little costly. We had breakfast included in our stay package, It was said at the time of booking that the breakfast will be buffet type. In reality , there was no buffet breakfast, they offer 3 menu ask to choose 2 menu per room (upma ,poha & puri bhaji). limited serving. No punctuality : it was said that they will serve breakfast at 8am but even when we visited at 8am they started preparing it and served at 10 AM. This behavior spoiled our day schedule. Just by putting blue & white color doesn't mean having Spanish...

Worst and Pathetic Experience. Looting money only Never Book this hotel All reviews on booking apps regarding this is fake. They denied my advance prepaid booking through Oyo and made me suffer for 2 hours and compelled me to initiate cancellation of booking and said there is no room available after that they given me 1 room of 3500 for 2 nights . While I booked 2 rooms in 4000 on OYO for 2 nights. So it's all about looting money and doing fraud with customers. I was there for my examination so I don't have so much time that's why I booked in advance prepaid. But this hotel management is lying to OYO customer service authority and customer by saying they don't have available rooms although they have many rooms but just because they want to loot your money they will make you suffer and then give you 1 room in the cost of 2 room.

Hygiene - very very dirty stain full bedsheet and blankets with lo of hairs on both. And rooms float is also so much dirty.

AC is disturbed it's releasing water continuously which directly come to head .

In mid night there is no water in washrooms

Overall No room service No cleanliness No hygiene No genuine helps Only money looter Not trustworthy Not safe Never think to go there. It's my first and last booking...
