Totally disappointment This hotel is not good for anyone, if you are staying alone, with family or with friends. nor the staff is polite and professional or the management is professional.. You will find rubbish and arguing staff at the welcome desk plus the owner is an abusive and alcohol addict. You will find him next to your door about to get you away from your room at any time even In the night time... My colleague stayed there and we repeated to chouse this property. I am writing this review after experiencing the worst experience at the Avana Hotel. We have organised the party at Hotel. But the food served by the hotel was really terrible. All the guest complained about the food but no action has been taken by the management rather full amount has been demanded by the management. The attitude of the Management towards the problem was inappropriate. I visited this hotel from 12 July 2024 to 13 July 2024. Based on my stay at the hotel, my review is as follows: The location of the hotel is prime. It's on the road and easy to find. It has many famous restaurants around it as well. The rooms of the hotel are not at all neat to say the least. The blankets and pillow covers were visibly dirty. There were hairs and other dirt on the bed. Inside the bathroom, the tap was not functioning properly. Apart from that, the bathroom had several cigarette buds spread around.
