We recently booked a stay at this property through OYO, having prepaid based on the appealing photos online. Unfortunately, the reality was far from the expectations set by the images. Here's our experience:
No Parking Facility: Upon arrival with my family, we discovered there was no parking available. This was the first inconvenience, setting the tone for what followed.
Check-in Before Room Inspection: The staff took our IDs and checked us in without showing us the rooms. When we were finally shown the rooms, they were in an appalling state.
Unhygienic Rooms: The first two rooms presented were filthy. The bedsheets had visible stains and liquids, the washrooms were dirty, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor. Upon complaining, we were shown two more rooms, which were no better.
Documented Neglect: We took photos as evidence of the horrifying conditions—broken toilet seats, cigarette butts in supposedly "cleaned" rooms, a pervasive irritating smell, spit marks on the mirror, dirty bed corners, torn towels, overused bedsheets, and broken electrical outlets. The overall environment was unsanitary and unsafe.
OYO Customer Care Fails Customers: When we decided not to stay in this uninhabitable hotel and reported the issues to OYO support, we were extremely disappointed. Instead of addressing our concerns, the customer care executive prioritized the hotel manager’s claims over the photo proof we submitted. They even claimed the manager was “willing to help” when this was not the case.
No Refund Despite Non-Stay: Despite the conditions and proof of neglect, OYO refused to issue a refund for a stay we didn’t even take. We ultimately drove 350 km back home with a 2-year-old child after a tiring day of travel, as staying in such an unsafe and hazardous property was not an option.
Privacy and Security Breach: After the call with OYO customer care was disconnected, the property manager directly called my wife's personal number, which had been used during booking. This was highly unprofessional and a serious breach of privacy. How does OYO ensure the safety and security of its customers in such cases?
Overall, this experience has left us deeply dissatisfied with both the hotel and OYO’s service. The lack of accountability, the poor customer care response, and the failure to address our concerns raise serious questions about OYO's commitment to providing a safe and pleasant stay for its customers.
We strongly urge OYO to reconsider its policies, take strict action against such properties, and improve its customer support system. For now, this will remain one of our worst travel experiences.

My stay at LD Prime was far from satisfactory, and I am genuinely disappointed with the overall condition and service.||The room conditions were appalling. The moment I entered, I was greeted by a stinky smell that lingered throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with visible signs of neglect and poor maintenance. It's disheartening to pay for accommodation and receive such subpar conditions. On the day of check-in, we advised to the reception staff that we wish to change the room and they advised that there are no rooms available and we can get back to them on the next day, however on the next day, they advised that the hotel is completely sold out but still made 03 families checked-in in-front of us.||Equally disconcerting was the lack of response and customer service. Despite attempting to address my concerns with the hotel staff, my requests were met with indifference and apathy. There was no basic amenities provided by the hotel as there was no drinking water provided during the stay and also I have to ask for the toilet tissue rolls, and when I checked with the receptionist lady she bluntly replied - "Its not our problem, as we dont have tissue rolls' . It seemed as though they were uninterested in ensuring guest satisfaction or rectifying the issues at hand.||I believe that a fundamental aspect of any hospitality establishment is its commitment to providing a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests. Though there is one incident that I will surface, that they allowed us to have a freshen-up session of 45mins after the check-out time in which they have offered us a room, but again with the same deteriorating condition,. Unfortunately, Hotel LD Prime fell short in every aspect during my stay.
