Hotel Lotus Prime — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

I dont have an option to choose 0 stars, hence going with 1 star. Worst hotel that I have ever stayed in my 20+ years of travel. The OYO confirmed booking was denied by the hotel staff after I reached the hotel stating that they dont take any more OYO bookings. Alternatively they offered a room at a 60% higher rate for me to do direct booking. Since I had no other option at that point of time, I had to take it and ask OYO to give a full refund on my booking. The room that they offered had no windows, no ventilation except an exhaust fan in the room... The water bottle was charged at Rs.60. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Though the TV was there, the hotel staff denied the remote control stating that it will not work as they are under renovation.. No credit card machine was there to swipe my booking, had to go with GPay. Overall, I had a worst experience and recommend you to check on other options before narrowing it...

hotel is beautiful no doubt but the person who is in front office is very greedy and tries to fool around people . he wears spectacles and very rude and full of attitude. i booked sweet room but than we had to shift in another normal room because that sweet room was very hot . i paid him for sweet room and i spent my whole night in other room . my money got wasted and that moron didn't not even informed me before booking the room. on top of that he was disturbing all the guest who were coming to meet us in our room. he kept us calling that when your guests are gonna leave which was very annoying . this man is not right for this hotel they should keep some polite, hospitable and...

Arrived at 1 am in Jaipur after 20 hour transit from Australia. They were there to meet me at the airport. 5 stars plus as a solo woman tourist for a start. The room was spacious and clean and quiet and the bed comfy. 5 stars for that at a budget price. Organised a private car for me. The driver was really pushy in the usual way - he has been doing that for 30 years -but he was a safe driver. Those issues aren't the responsibility of the hotel. I think they do an awesome job here.
