Airr toast — Restaurant in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

We were at gate 49 at T3 Delhi airport for our 11:10 a.m. flight to Goa on 14/10/2022. Missed breakfast so this outlet, right at gate 49, came in handy. We ordered two espressos, macchiato, explained to the server who got it right. Then we ordered an Amazon (see menu for ingredients). This was freshly prepared for us on 2 halves of a bun and slightly customised for my wife who didn't want jalapenos. Then grilled and toasted to perfection. The service and ingredients were outstanding but REALLY worthy of note was the bun: The highest quality bun we have ever tasted where our country is not noted for the quality of our commercially available beads (although slowly improving, at a price!) The total cost was ₹670. Not quite a bruschetta but the experience was very reminiscent of the original, Italian experience. 10 stars...

Ms Sapna bhardwaj was extremely rude. I am a frequent customer of this outlet, traveling 2-3 times each month and purchasing breakfast from there. Today she insisted and harassed me to pay from GPAY/UPI. I asked her to open her cash drawer and prove there is no change, she opened and there was ample change. She then told me there are other customers also and you can also pay by GPAY/UPI so why should I give etc. This is really unacceptable, you cannot insist. You can ask once please pay by UPI if possible but you cannot argue and...

Inefficient callous attitude. Ordered a sweet lime juice after waiting for 10 minutes behind one other customer. Paid Rs 260 by card. Waited another10 minutes while the girl kept loitering. Even after requesting to expedite as it was final call for boarding there was no impact. Finally had to leave without the juice or a refund as the girl had not even started the process.
