Very Bad experience with this Hotel. I am very Disappointed. I planned my two days visit to jaipur to see pink city and attraction. I and my family was very excited about the trip. I have booked room in this hotel. But when i was about to reach Hotel, I received Call from Manager he told me that room will not be available. I was surprised and ask for reasons, he told me there is electricity issue in there hotel. Then I ask for any solution so that I can stay with my family. He told me that he cannot help me, do call to oyo call center or cancel your booking. I had paid all in advance. Then I call oyo call center, there a lady pick the call and assure me to help and she told me she will callback me with solution. But after waiting for 1hr i didn't received any call. Then Second time I call oyo call center then another executive pick call and assure me the same. I wait again for 1hr for callback but nothing received back. After then 3rd time i call back in call center then a Gentalman pick the call and i had told him all the situation he is the person who help me a lot and arrange me a room. My check-in time was 12 pm but I received room at 6 in the evening. This all incident RUINED my trip. This the first time i was using OYO....
Read moreDo not book this hotel. They show minimum price on OYO for more booking. When you go for check-in they said "Itne kam mai to nahi hoga" You have to pay extra 1000rs. If you said we paid all money online that time they said " Online pay nahi karna tha".They delay your chek-in by saying "5 min mai karta hu", logic behind that you tired by standing in reception area and said " lelo bhai 1000 rs" If you call OYO call center they only waste your time by saying we are trying to call hotel owner . Once you book through OYO, OYO didn't take any responsibility. Do not go with family hotel...
