I regret to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Rajwada Resort in Jaipur. This is not a Hotel, it is Marriage Garden cum so-called Resort. The overall experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my concerns.
Poor Room Quality: The condition of the rooms was subpar, with outdated furnishings and an overall lack of cleanliness. It was evident that minimal effort had been put into maintaining the rooms.
Unhygienic Bathroom: The state of the bathroom was deplorable, exhibiting poor hygiene standards. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance significantly impacted my overall comfort during the stay.
Unsealed Bottles: I was dismayed to find that the water bottles provided were not sealed. This raised serious concerns about the safety and hygiene of the drinking water, potentially compromising the health and well-being of the guests.
Unclean Bedsheets: The bedsheets in my room were not only unclean but also had visible hairs, creating a highly unsanitary sleeping environment. This is unacceptable and reflects a severe lapse in housekeeping standards.
Blood Stains on Sheets: To my horror, I discovered blood stains on the bedsheets. This is not only unhygienic but also poses a significant health risk. Such oversights are completely unacceptable and demonstrate a blatant disregard for guest well-being.
Lack of Prompt Resolution: Despite bringing these issues to the attention of the staff through a formal complaint, no one attended to address the concerns. The lack of prompt action further exacerbated my frustration and disappointment.
Failure to Provide Requested Amenities: I also requested water bottles, but they were not provided even after bringing it to the attention of the hotel staff. This lack of attention to basic guest requests is inexcusable.
In summary, my experience at Hotel Rajwada Resort was marred by poor room quality, unhygienic conditions, and a complete lack of responsiveness from the staff. I strongly urge the management to address these issues promptly to avoid similar negative experiences for...

Read moreFirst of all, don't go with the name "Mahal Rajwada". You will hurt yourself with the expectations. I would call it a 'Dharmshala' rather than a hotel. A very good dharmshala and a bad hotel is the equation. Hotel has the space but no maintenance. It has good infrastructure. Cleanliness is the question here. Staff services are okay. Rooms are below average. Food at the restaurant is good. Furnitures are old. Parking is available. They also provide bulk rooms to baraatis that disturbs the tourists here. Not such a big issue staying here but definitely not a pleasant one. But the prices justify it. You can stay here if no other options available. Hotel location is good. Lift is available. If you don't want your hotel experience to be amazing then you can stay...
