Have been to this place on 2nd March 2025. Time of Visit : 21:00 HRS (9PM)

Location : The place is located on main Vaishali Marg , opposite National Handloom. Its on upper ground floor for which you have to climb up 7stairs.

Parking : You have to park your vehicle on the roadside only , in afternoon and evenings it’s a problem to find parking but after the other shops closes then you get parking easily

About Place : it has very vibrant aesthetics , full of color which is a treat to eyes. Loved the atmosphere and the paintings they had.

When we reached there we found there is waiting so we had waited for sometime till the table got vacant.

Furniture : in the centre They have used babool wood rattan chairs with upholstery seats in combination of green and pink shade in seats. And Double a pillar Tables with Quartz top double moulded. In the sides they have upholstered chair with iron Legs and same tables In front they have high table in iron base with quartz top and high bar chairs upholstered in yellow, light green, red color seats with black color legs. And on side they have sofas with double pillar iron base tables and quartz top.

Cutlery : They have a very quirky cutlery with slogans printed on them which makes the experience of eating more fun. it’s a nice way to kill time till the food arrives. You can just enjoy the slogans on plates and click pictures.

The major issue with the furniture placement and selection is that they either have not sourced from someone who can guide them or may be the designer have not thoughtfully done the work. For a seating of 2 guest, they have to provide a table of 4. Instead of the single table 5x2.5ft of double pillar base, if they would have brought 2 tables of 2.5ft x 2.5ft each then they could have seperated them for seating of 2 and then could have joined for seating of 4. This way they could not only saved the space but could have accommodated more guests. We had paid through dineout but that was a mistake which you should not do as they dont accept payments from dineout. so we have to again pay on their QR. Although the owner is very very helpful and he told that the payment through dineout does-not comes to him and they only use it for table booking only. So the settlement with dineout was another headache and the money returned to us by Swiggy dineout after 13 days and many chats and calls with customer service. But anyways it was a mistake from my end that we didn’t asked the manager and paid by Swiggy dineout.

THEY ARE SERVING STALE FOOD!!! I would have given them Zero stars if possible. Kind request to everyone to not visit here if you are just going for a good ambience, it is a total waste of money. I ordered Crispy Corn, seeing its presentation we were a little sceptical about whether to eat it or not, corns were soggy and they were just covered in chinese sauces nothing else. We immediately complained about it but the owner and server didn't pay much attention to it. By looking at the corn one could have judged that it was of low quality. Also ordered premium thali and BIG BIG WARNING please don't order North Indian Food from this outlet even in delivery. They served stale DAL MAKHANI which was smelling badly. Paneer Dish was so salty that it was very difficult to ignore the saltiness with roti. Mix Veg was again a pathetic preparation with no salt. We somehow managed to finish the thali with raita, sweet and salad. After complaining about this we asked for a refund / discount on either of the dishes. But instead they pressured us to parcel the items which we had left in our thali. We paid them the full bill and they were just saying that we will look into this matter. Nothing happened after that. Moreover they are advising us that the other table had a good experience why are you complaining? Staff is very very rude and they don't even have a bit of shame that they are serving food which will make the customers ill.

This was one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in Jaipur. The food isn't upto the mark, and when I mentioned it, the staff behaved rudely. If you care about food quality and basic respect, avoid this place. If I could give 0 rating i would as this is the WORST PLACE IN JAIPUR. We infact paid for the food which was returned just after tasting as it was stale and not good for consumption and unlike other professional places they charged us for that food as well for which we paid as well as even after so much arguments they were not understanding. And the reply on my review and other reviews clearly shows how bad the attitude of the owner and the staff is. And the attitude they had was so and stating that we have the best food and nobody ever complaints. This kind of attitude even taj people don't have and .. yes we can clearly see all the other reviews on this place across all other platforms as well.
