OYO Kiran Palace — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Located on the main Road next to Asopa Hospital. This is a lousy guesthouse masquerading as hotel.

The entrance is narrow with barely any light and the overall cleanliness & general upkeep of the place was pathetic - it was like walking into a old broken down mansion where dust covered everything (to their defense they had Renovation work on the ground and first floors).

The rooms are small and dingy with a bed, and practical furniture like a nightstand, mirror, cupboard and attached bathroom, and a small 22" LED with 2 chairs. There is an. A/c and a ceiling fan, however my winter stay didn't quite require its usage.

The sheets are dirty, and you have to really close your mind to the thought of how this was washed. The toilet is small with outdated ceramics and leaks. 1 bath towel and a OYO provided toiletry kit is all you get.

The noise from the opening and closing of the creaky doors combined with the thin little walls doesn't really help to have a sound sleep.

There is no restaurant only a room service for food. And if you are driving be ready to park on the main road - they don't have a dedicated parking space.

Rude and arrogant staff, asked me to leave!! Please read full review Manager asked me to leave because i asked him to show me the guidelines where it says that 2 guests that will be staying in the room have to check in together. My partner was waiting at the reception for hours before i could come and check in with him. This is terrible. There is no such rule, my partner was tired after a long journey and this was their behaviour? And when i asked them to show me these guidelines in written They asked me to leave and get some other place very very rudely and i am not exaggerating. Please dont stay there. -Its not even a nice hotel, the manager and receptionist are rude and -they dont allow visitors???? -They dont allow 2nd guest in the room even if the room is booked for 2 people, they need to check in together which is not ok, there is no such rule in oyos -they dont allow outside food -not even outside water or anything

I dont see any reason why anyone would stay there, just because the rates of the room are very cheap, its still not worth it, believe...

OYO doesn't work here. We booked the room and when we reached the hotel we were already tired due to long travel and we were not allowed since there was some issue with their system. I called up OYO and escalated it. After 35-40 minutes we got the room.

Now the check out - this is was another pain. We had to return to airport and had very minimal time. Again due to the system error we were waiting in the reception for 1 hour since they said they didn't received the payment. Again we had to call up OYO and OYO said the amount was already transferred to the owner. But the owner is picking his phone. The reception person is not ready to dial his owner and ask us to call the owner. After 1 hour struggle we got the owner on phone and we cleared check out.

The time when we reached the airport we were already late. The airport staff were not allowing us to enter the flight. After requesting heavily we were allowed to enter the airplane.
