The Byke Boutique - The Byke Grassfield (Jaipur) — Hotel in Jaipur Municipal Corporation

Giving it 1 star just because it is not possible to give rating in negative here otherwise it would have been negative. A fraud and cheat person runs this resort named Mr. Virender Rathore. At the time of booking he would do anything to get your attention and money and as soon as he receives the money his behaviour and attitude changes.

I recently hosted my sister’s wedding and we were cheated in every way. All the money was taken in advance and when the day of function came they refused every bit of thing agreed by them over an agreement. They even denied their own agreement being true and called it a fake.

Rooms were not allotted to us in time and the rooms later allotted were in extreme poor condition with bad bedding, dirty toiletries like torn towels.

Behaviour of the staff was rude and not at all cooperative with us and even the guests.

Their authorised decorator for functions and weddings Mr. Vijay is more of a fraud. All the payment was taken well in advance and according to the decoration that was finalised by us. But on the day of wedding the decoration was completely different and all the cloth, flowers used were old and dirty. The carpet too was not as promised. It was laid on only half of the area and that too of extremely low quality. Some areas were not even decorated.

The decorator didn’t even answered any of our calls at the time he was required.

The Byke Grassfield Resort gave us the worst experience and I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place or host any function here.

Adding more to this just because another review can’t be posted.

Human rights are being questioned now by this person incharge Mr. Rathore. After reading this review he is now calling my relatives again and again to get this review deleted and blaming us for posing false allegations on him and defaming him and is threatening us to file a case of defamation if the review is not deleted.

Wow what a man and player he is.

It is our right to post the truth about you and your behaviour Mr. Rathore. I hope this reaches you again. You can never understand the sentiments of a father when marrying his daughter and the amount of money he has given you for the arrangements and not getting what he expected in return.

None of this is a false allegation and there was even more which has not been posted and can be done if you keep up this behaviour.

The hotel is in extremely bad condition. All the bedsheets in all the rooms were soiled, and some of them were torn at many places. When we asked them to provide fresh bedsheets and pillow covers, the ones they brought were again soiled. It seems they are least bothered about the hospitality or quality. Mr. Mukul at the front desk as well as the other two senior staff started arguing. One staff started blaming the dry cleaners. It seemed no one was remotely bothered to provide quality services. The fittings in the rooms too were broken at many places. The AC of one of the rooms was not working and the maintenance staff came and attended, and again the AC broke down. Then they offered to change all the rooms, and as luck would have it - the bedsheets and pillow covers of all the new rooms again were in extremely bad conditio. Thats when we decided to look for a new hotel. We had a long argument with the managers and finally they agreed to reimburse our money in cash when we threatened to report them (we had already made the payment before shifting to our rooms). It was a really bad experience, particularly as our old parents were traveling with us. This hotel should be immediately closed down and renovated by the owner...

Last month we went there with my family for week end stay.I stayed there for two days but I think two days were not enough.So I am planning to visit this place soon.zjaipur airport is q9 km away from the property so easy to reach there.They have a large space with beautiful garden,temple,swimming pool,gym and above al fresh and green environment which is difficult to find in the city.Even they organize functions in resort at very reasonable rates this is the only big resort in the city with so many facilities.Guests can enjoy buffet breakfast in the morning which is included in the stay even you can have lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices.They provide wi fi facility in every roomOverall nice experience staff was really humble and cooperative one thing I forgot to mention about farm fresh food they always prepare fresh food made with organic ingredients which are really good for health.You can also order some special dish.but it's pure vegetarian so fo gome and enjoy...
