I recently visited a inlove momo in town and had the opportunity to try their spring roll and hakka noodles. Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable, although there was a minor hiccup with my order.

The staff promptly apologized for the oversight and offered to replace it with the cranberry tea, but I decided to stick with what I had received, as it was still tasty.

I have had the worst experience at this place after coming back for my favourite dish they serve after seven months! I ordered the same ( tandoori platter) with all the chutneys they provide which I love the most! Only I come all the way from barkat nagar! So I order my favourite, and asked them to serve me in the car! Waited bought our food, and I and my friend noticed that we don’t have the red chutney in it so we asked them to get and and also asked them to leave the tray so we could have it in our car comfortably but they the guy didn’t for obvious reasons and we understood! Later I asked them to pack the same and again they did not put the chutney in it and I asked the whether he did or no and he lied he did! And I checked but there wasn’t any, so that put me in a condition where I realised that I should go my self and tell them! So I asked them politely why they don’t serve it and that could in white shirt seems like a owner or could be the manager started replying rudely ( Hum stay nhi dete, mene kaha sir aapse koi customer request krega tb nhi aap use tray nhi denge he said “hum tb nhi nhi denge, chori hojata hai” and that “NO” didn’t bother me but the way he said it!!! He was so rude that I l literally thought of throwing everything away to them what I ordered! Later I asked them about no serveimg me the red chutney coz they used to! That guy said “ humne aaj tk nhi kri, pehle bhi nhi krtey they” and I was like I ordered before and just to prove his point he called the SO CALLED chef and he denied! I was like I ain’t lying here, J am paying you coz believe in what I used to get when I ordered! But this behaviour isn’t the way you should speak to your customer! And sone with this place! And I won’t ever give a second though of going there.
