Arbor — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Did not have pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff named Rashid and one of the manager was unprofessional.

Cheating in the name of laundry. Bed sheets were soiled. See photo attached. Bathroom had transparent windows with not cover / curtain. See photo attached !

One incident that I want to highlight is that in particular - I booked 2 rooms and was allotted. One occupied by my and my wife and other by my grown up child. One late evening the manager comes and knocks at out door. My son and we were sleeping at that time as were tired of travel to Gulmarg and back. When we open, he says my son’s room needs to be vacated and moved to other room. On asking why he says coz some guest have come and needs room, hence, as my son is occupying the room as single he can be moved to a small room. We protested as we had paid full money for the room and it got resolved only after we called the tour operator at night and the hotel management team. Pathetic behaviour of the staff !!

The only glimpse of goodness was the person at food counter who was not only polite but courteous...

My stay at Arbor Hotel in Kashmir was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and traditional hospitality that instantly made us feel at home.

The hotel itself is a perfect blend of modern comfort and Kashmiri charm. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had stunning views of the surrounding mountains and gardens. Waking up to the misty morning view was something I'll never forget.

What really stood out was the impeccable service—the staff were always attentive, polite, and eager to help, whether it was arranging transport, giving local recommendations, or serving us fresh kehwa after a long day of sightseeing.

I had an amazing experience at Hotel Arbor during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm and welcoming attitude. The check-in process was smooth even though we were late the dinner was well packed , which was a nice touch.

The rooms are beautiful and makes you feel you are in Kashmir .The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The amenities provided were good and on timely manner.

The location of the hotel was ideal, too—conveniently close to all the main attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip. Highly...
