Hotel huma — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Worst experience ever in any hotel. They don't provide any room heater even when temperature was freezing -10 degree. They give you electric bedsheet but don't give you electricity. When you complain about it they give excuse like fuse udd gya. Line me problem h 3-4hrs me theek ho jayegi but it will not gonna happen ever. They cut off circuit to save electricity bill. They even don't provide you drinking water.... You don't get warm water in bathroom. They take all money in advance. Worst hotel...

The worst place to stay in a tourism spot like Srinagar. The owner is very rude and do not have basic ethics to deal with customer. They are taking money and treating customers as if they are staying for free.

Excellent behaviour and very helpful. I stayed here with my friends for two nights during curfew and they supported us by all means possible....
