Hotel O 62748 Hotel Zeenat — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Everything was poor. I don't know how people have given 5 star for such cheap hotel.No cleanliness, staff was stubborn don't know how to talk with guest. Hotel location is interior and area was slum ( not good) we have booked this hotel bz it was showing 1.8 km radius from Jammu railway station and the reviews was good ( which I relised now it's all fake) due to these fake reviews we have booked this hotel as we were having early morning 5.45 am train from Jammu station. We were on kashmir trip. When we reached this hotel after 7-8 hours road trip from shringaar it was nightmare for us as our rooms already given to anybody else there were 3-4 shabby, dirty rooms were there. We were on family trip and having luggage and small kids. When we asked to clean the room and bathroom so staff was like isase saf kya milega aapko? Agar saf room chahiye to radinson hotel me jai vaha 8k per day pe clean room milenge😡.. They were not ready to transfer luggage to rooms from reception after asking the same the answer was aap bhi to leke ja sakate ho na khudka saman 😡. Such pathetic attitude. Don't know #OYO how they have included such pathetic hotel in there chain? These kind of hotels really spoiling there name ( as we trust on OYo) There was no toiletaries , no hand shower no mug in the bathroom, after asking he have provided on shabby towel, used toileties ( packed again). Itane mand log aaj tak nahi dekhe used sabun n shampoo vapas pack karake de bhi rahe hai to dimag lagake kare. Attached photo of the same anyone can make out from photo it's used one . There was no heater or heater blanket in rooms in 0 degree temperature. Only one shabby blanket was provided for 3 person. Don't know slum area me logonko kahase khidkise achha view dikhata hai 🤣🤣. All over minus star dene ke ke layak bhi hotel nahi hai. Cheap hotel n staff also cheap. All over don't book...

There is a guy who takes care of the property, I don't know his name to mention but I really warn the owner of this property that if you are thinking to run your business with this guy as your staff you are going to regret it someday. This guy, if he wants to ask you something or if he has to deliver anything to your room he just barges into your room. I stayed with my family and this idiot's behavior has pissed me off. He comes and starts trying to open the door clinging to the door handle even without knocking or ringing door bell and when we open the door he keeps looking inside as if we were in between something and also a weird glance onto the ladies.

The hotel has good parking facility and they lock the gates at night and so your vehicle is safe. This is the only pros if you check in to this property.

This property doesn't have any sort of amenities. Rooms are really shabby. No proper bedding, no proper bedsheets and pillows. No hooks or hangers to hang your clothes.

I would never ever suggest this hotel for families or couples as long as this idiot works there.

I know I shouldn't be expecting much at this price point but let me tell you I have stayed at places with much better basic facilities at this price.
