The hotel is located on the main road in udhampur city. Parking space is available. Food quality is very good, however Prices for food are slightly on higher side. Take away also available. The mobile number available of the hotel on internet and hotel's own website is functional and responsive. Orders can be taken on call also for take aways. Room stay facility also available. Rooms are of decent size and quality. Prices are moderate if not booked at the last moment. Rooms can be booked through various other sites or the hotel's own website also. The location has Vishal Mega Mart adjacent to it, V Mart, Pantaloons and Gole market (the main market of Udhampur) within around 500 mtrs distance from it. So other than the lodging and food, shopping can also be done in near vicinity. Mostly markets get closed by around 8 PM in the city. Other than that, if moving towards any of the locations on NH 44, it will take around 15 mins to reach the highway. The road within the city is well connected to the NH 44...

Stayed at the hotel out of compulsion as the highway to srinagar was blocked last winter. Ok Hotel, Ok food. Met Sarabjeet, I think son of the owner, very sweet chap. The only draw back was the unprofessional Manager, cant remember his name, Vijay something, he spoilt our mood, very rude person, does not know how to treat elders, he was also eyeing my grand daughter, when she objected, he said Maal changa hai. I'm here tonight...let me tell everyone one thing...this is mark of humanity...their hospitality is osm.their rooms are neat and clean,staff is polite and decent receptionists,security,cleaner that chotu...
