Hotel The Kashmir — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Absolutely high value for money, the hotel is a great place to stay. Rooms have good wooden interiors, hot water for full day, and well heated beds. The hotel has couple of storeys and about 8-9 rooms.

Food is prepared fresh daily, but needs to be ordered a bit early so they can accomodate your request. It is well prepared homely food, and small extra requests are well taken care of.

Being in Rajbagh, one of the central locations, medicines and grocery shops are a short walk away. Can also go to Zero point bridge (8-10 mins walk) for roaming during night time and having fast food if desired.

The location is a little inside main road (3-5 mins walk from main road ), but prompt luggage pickup and drop service is given by hotel staff which makes the logistics hassle free.

In my personal experience, I had to reschedule my stay, which was accommodated by Mr Aijaz despite being peak...

This is the worst experience I have ever had in this Hotel, Location is very bad. It's very inside from the main road and they carry luggages in tray from main road with the help of childrens. No adult person is there for service. We stayed in room number 107 and 108. Rooms are very congested, bathrooms bolts are broken from outside. Commode was black, bad smell comes from commode, light is poor. TV was not working, I didn't get hot water from tap in morning. this is the first time when such type of bad experience from any hotel. I booked this hotel after watching review and ratings but my experience is very poor here and FEAR THAT THEY HAVE MANIPULATED REVIEW & RATINGS. Worthless hotel. I strongly suggest not...

The hotel was average .. not too bad and neither great. The service and attitude was also average .. not bad but not great either. The owner, however, is living in a disbelief that his place is high quality (just because it's in a high end locality) but the room and the property still needs a a considerable upkeep.
