Owner of the property Mr. Nazir is a true Kashmiri and most helpful person. Hotel is located at a very good location. Close to market area. Room is great value for money. Hot water was available whenever we asked for it. He didn't even charge money for tea/ coffee during my stay. He provided us the heater to keep the room warm.
