Wonderland Pahalgam — Hotel in Jammu and Kashmir

Owner Behaviour - Behaviour of owner was very very rude and non professional. After looking at the room condition we wanted to opt out from property but the owner threatened us that stating you need to pay full amount else we cant go out from here. That was really scary for us as I was travelling with me wife.

Dirty room Condition - The room was in very bad condition, very dirty, there was no arrangement for maintaining room temprature in peak winters

Electricity Issue - The only arrangement that was available in the room was electric blanket. But since electricity was there most of the time so that sole option was no use to us.

Hot Water Issue - There was no arrangement for hot water. As per them they had centralized system for hot water. But even after wasting 4 buckets of water we couldn't even able to get luke warm water

Location - Hotel was situated on a place from where we could only able to see walls of other hotels nothing else

Price - They charged us Rs 2200 for one night. Even though the hotel was not even worth of 500Rs.

I stayed here on 9th April & the owner Mr Zubair is a welcoming,friendly,helpful host.My luggage was taken by Miss Padma Chettri, Nepali house keeping staff, so it os absolutely safe for solo women traveller like me.Next Mr Zubair accomoanied us & drove us for sightseing points.He gave me complementary tea.I like this hotel for central location, wifi, welcoming host, room with mountain view & most important budget price.Overall I recommend stay here.Will...
