I made this booking literally on the fly while traveling to Jamnagar by road. The first appearance was not very inspiring but on checking the rooms found them to be spacious and neat.||||The location of this hotel is on the bypass making this ideal if you are traveling on work and have to visit nearby industrial facilities or are on the way to Dwarka or Porbandar. ||||The service at the hotel whether at the reception, room service or at the restaurant is absolutely amazing. The property is quite large and there is plenty of space for parking.||||The food at the restaurant though limited to vegetarian options is quite good and the place is quite popular (and crowded) on weekends.||||||The rooms are quite large and you donโt get the claustrophobic feel that is part of many hotel rooms. There was an elderly couple checking out from the hotel and asking for the bill and the Manager โPRINCEโ called them liar and started fighting with them showing his low standards. The hotel promised them different deal while checking in and during check out when the elderly person asked the manager then he called him liar and his voice was very high. The woman was scared and felt very bad since someone called her husband a liar. The couple was on a trip and is from a rich background. Other staff was fine and apologised to the couple but Manager Prince was very rude and his unethical behavior was at the peak.
